Eliminating Destructors and a Clear Action Plan for 12+ Months

Challenges Every Experienced C-Level Executive Has Faced

At a certain stage in one’s career, traditional advice, motivational training, and “popular coaching” stop working. A C-level executive doesn’t need a facilitator who asks leading questions, but rather a strategic partner on the same level with extensive HR and business acumen.

1. Loss of Focus and Routine

You spend up to 80% of your time on operational tasks that don't bring you any closer to your overall goals.

2. Hidden Destructors

A lack of understanding of one's own limitations and behavioral risk zones when working under stress.

3. Insulation at the top

The lack of an independent “safe environment” for the impartial testing of hypotheses and potential solutions.

4. The Ineffectiveness of Coaching

Traditional coaches often lack experience managing large businesses and don't understand your context.

Coaching Program
: 4 Key Stages of Transformation

A step-by-step guide to designing your new personal strategy.
The program is designed for two months of intensive yet sustainable work, without theories that are disconnected from real life.

Session 1.

Personality Assessment and Identification of Development Priorities

During the first session, an in-depth analysis of the client’s Hogan profile is conducted:
  • Interpretation of motivators, strengths, risk areas (destroyer factors), and limitations
  • Identifying a Person's Natural Inclinations
  • Defining boundaries—areas the client should avoid
  • Setting Clear Priorities: Where We Focus Our Efforts and What We Consciously Choose to Let Go Of
Result: A clear understanding of the starting point and a focus on priority areas for development.

Session 2.

Addressing Genuine Needs and the External Context

The second session answers the question: “What do I really want?” There are two key components to this work:
  1. In-depth work on true needs using the author’s methodology—identifying needs that are often hidden and not immediately apparent
  1. Analyzing the external context using a context matrix—what scenarios can we expect in the economy or in a specific industry?
Result: Clarity regarding the client’s true desires and an understanding of the external environment in which they will be operating.

Session 3.

Time Audit and Reallocation of Activities

The third session addresses the questions: “What am I actually doing?” and “What should I be doing?” The work is conducted using a time matrix:
  • Analysis of current activities and their alignment with the goal established during the second session
  • Increasing the proportion of actions that lead to the intended goal
  • Minimizing or eliminating activities that do not contribute to achieving the result
Result: An optimized organizational structure focused on moving toward the goal.

Session 4.

Managing Change and Creating an Action Plan

The final session addresses the question: “How do I navigate change?” Key tools:
  • Working with the transformation curve to understand the stages of change
  • Analysis of the Client's Social Circle and Beliefs
  • Identifying “anchors”—factors that keep a person stuck in their current situation and prevent them from moving forward
Result: A practical roadmap outlining specific steps for implementing the planned changes.
