Step 1: Comprehensive audit of HR processes in the Company.

In order to understand at what stage of work with personnel (and whether these stages exist at all) the Company loses money, people, resource efficiency, we checked all existing stages of work with employees: search and selection, assessment, adaptation, training, personnel development and retention, corporate culture, motivation systems.
