Case 1

SEARCH FOR AN OPERATIONS DIRECTOR FOR A LARGE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE
Industry candidates were reviewed and no choice was made for a number of reasons. The task was to find a manager with experience in managing a unique production facility, who would optimize processes at the plant, implement a lean production system, reduce scrap rates and shorten the production cycle. The client company's specific request was that the candidate should be strictly from mechanical engineering and not from mass production. But for these candidates, the company was not a priority interest and the candidates were not ready for relocation.
As a result of the work of the Support Partners team, a candidate was selected from the chemical engineering industry with a single production facility: who was in the right location. The candidate had the right experience and motivation to make the necessary changes at the customer.

Case 2

SEARCH FOR A REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR AN INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY
To find a candidate with relevant management experience from FMCG sector with fluent English, ready for relocation. The client was confident that all possible candidates had been considered in the local market and was ready to relocate a worthy professional. The candidate's area of responsibility would include several countries and taking the company to a new sales level, as well as restructuring in the company.

When implementing a project, we always test all hypotheses and even what seems to be fully worked out. And in this particular project it was particularly valuable, as the right candidate was found in the local market. Relocation was not necessary.

Case 3

SEARCH FOR A TECHNICAL DIRECTOR IN A TRADE AND PRODUCTION HOLDING COMPANY
Seeking a Technical Director with 10+ years of experience in a technologically advanced manufacturing facility who will improve the efficiency of the plant's technical services and implement best practices. The client company's special request: a candidate not from a similar industry, but from the automotive industry. However, candidates from the automotive industry were hesitant to change industries. In the area where the plant is located, there were no automotive production facilities of interest to us, so we needed a candidate with the ability to relocate.
We analyzed the market of automotive plants and found the closest ones to the location of our production. Using the direct search method, the technical director of an automotive component manufacturing plant in the nearest region was found. The candidate search period (from the moment the application was received to the offerer) amounted to 2 weeks.
