Hi everyone, I'm Karina Basharova, mediator and coach of first individuals and teams.

We are pleased to announce that our upcoming programs on successful negotiation, conflict management, and mediation training will begin:

  • February 26–28, 2026
  • May 28–30, 2026
  • September 24–26, 2026 

Each course consists of a minimum of 40 hours and lasts 3 months.

We offer group and individual formats in both face-to-face and online formats. Those who wish can obtain diplomas in additional professional training from leading universities (for an additional fee and additional time). The program with additional professional training lasts 9 months and takes place without interruption from work or study. On the program, we provide letters of recommendation and share projects.

THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR 40 HOURS OF PRACTICE TRAINING AND TESTING.

1. Group work

2 days of intensive classes from 10:00 to 18:00 (online or offline format), group practice.

  • The pros and cons of conflict in the work process.

  • Degrees of conflict escalation, main triggers of conflict
  • Active and passive approaches to conflict resolution.
  • Dealing with a personal conflict situation

Day 3

Mediation as a worldview, competence and profession
Strengthen negotiation competencies in conflict; prepare for the role of internal or external mediator.
  • Mediation in conflict, the role of the third party
  • Practicing their own and training cases, getting feedback from the group of teachers and coaches
  • Practice exam cases with markers and feedback
  • Preparation for international exams
  • Online practice planning

2. online practice

Online webinars on mediation practice (3 hours each). During 3 months after the first part of the course.

3. examinations

Exams are administered online (4 hours)*.
*Retake theexam or practice for an additional fee.

4. individual work

4-10 hours of individual work, which will give you the opportunity to analyze your strengths and weaknesses in the negotiation process. We will be able to highlight those aspects that we have already learned well, as well as pay attention to areas that require additional development. This analysis will help us develop an individual strategy and action plan to achieve the desired results.
