How we create an environment of leadership transformation

We have combined proven models of business scaling, examples of great Russian leaders and practices of deep personal work. The program is structured so that each day participants dive into one key competence, try it out, get honest feedback and consolidate the result. Three days of full immersion in leadership - no unnecessary theory, only proven tools honed on scaling more than 250 companies. You will work in interactive lectures, business simulations and immersive processes, in large and small groups of 6-8 people.
