Moscow, April 18 - The TEAM AWARDS 2024 Strong Team Building Awards ceremony was held.
TEAM AWARDS 2024 is an international event for companies that want to recognize their level of excellence in finding, motivating and managing people.
The goals of the award are to identify the best practices in team management, to improve the quality of work and efficiency of companies in the new realities. It is awarded for the most effective, bold and innovative projects. This year, more than 50 large and medium-sized companies took part in the award.
The winners of the nomination "Team of the Year" in the sectors of logistics, industry, construction, retail, consumer services, medicine and education were: Pony Express, EkoNiva LLC, EuroTransStroy LLC, ROLF Tech LLC, Inventive Retail Group, Sun of Moscow LLC, Medipal LLC and Skoltech team.
Alexey Chirkov (JSC GazStroyProm), Olga Etova (JSC Medscan), Elena Sukhovey (Maxmart Digital Platform), Elena Glazyrina (JSC Gazprombank) and Ksenia Titova (VTB Bank) were named Leaders of the Year in their respective categories.
In the Breakthrough of the Year nomination, for the first time in the three years of the Award, two winners were recognized at once and received an equal number of points: the largest bookmaker company Fonbet and the Tyumen-based enterprise JSC School Meals Combinat Centralny. Special prizes were awarded to the Russian Red Cross and Zarubezhneft JSC.
In the special nomination "HR Ambassadors of the Year", organized jointly with the "HR Technologies" application of the Kommersant Publishing House, the main prize was awarded to the "SBERA Ambassadors Academy" project from Sberbank. Special prizes were awarded to Airplane Group for the project "Learn to Teach" and Alfa Bank JSC for the project "HR Culture Experts".
The best were determined by the jury - more than 50 HRDs and CEOs of the largest Russian companies: SDEK, Komus, Gazprombank, Sovcombank, Rosatom, X5 Group, MEDSI, Rialweb, Absolut Bank, CarMoney, T1, World Class, Russian Media Group and others.
"This year, in support of the award, we conducted a large-scale survey - the Team Strength Assessment Index - where the majority of executives (83%) said that a strong team is essential for the sustainable development of a company. Among the main attributes of a dream team, respondents cited the absence of toxicity, intrigue and infringement on various grounds within the team (27%), an atmosphere of support and mutual support (25%), cohesion and mutual understanding (23%), and the presence of a credible leader who is trusted (22%). The survey showed that Russian companies use domestic practices to work with their teams, including innovative ones (33%).
